Very rude staff

I started seeing Christy Wilcox, NP at Wilson Medical over a year ago, I loved Christy even though she was only there one day a week (Weds) - the staff however, were rude, inconsiderate and did not value their patients. After speaking with Christy about the issues - she explained they were doing a staff change and things were gonna get better. Things did not change. Unfortunately, I had no other choice but to choose to go to another medical facility for my medical treatment. The new facility has requested my medical records and have yet to receive it from them. If you want a great Nurse Practitioner Christy Wilcox is great - If you can deal with the rude staffing.
