High Lakes Health Care

I really like my MD but that's where it ends. I've been trying to deal with I high lakes healthcare all day today to address a medical matter. My physician previously told me if this issue happened again and I had the same symptoms (I do) all I had do was speak with a triage nurse and get a lab order and if positive get a prescription. So after experiencing the symptoms I started calling at 9:30 in the morning. Multiple times I was told somebody would call me back and they did not. It turns out my doctor and her medical assistant were on vacation. You would think that high lakes healthcare would know which providers and staff were on vacation. Finally mid to late afternoon I was able to speak with somebody after hours of trying. This person then told me that I had to have an appointment despite what my MD had told me. She then said there were no appointments available today and I had to either go to urgent care and spend tons of money or have an appointment tomorrow.
