At other places, which I'll reframe from mentionong, have people or workers and staff dont even look at you when talking to them.The people there wereHelping me with my insurance and taking the time to listen to me helped me and my mother out in getting her back figured out. Feeling better is great too, but the understanding they have there meant a lot to us.

Going downhill
When this was owned by Frank Heresco, it was great. Ever since he sold the business to Dr Shepro, the business has gone downhill. Doctors left, staff has a high turnover and along with that, the customer service ( from the front desk) has gone downhill. Our family has been going to the clinic for years and seeing multiple doctors and LMTs. The LMTs are great, but I would recommend staying away from the clinic and finding one who cares about their patients.
