I ordered a gait belt from them for my father. By the time my order arrived my father passed away. I called the company and explained my situation to try and return the item. I was told I can but I would have to ship it back at my own expense and pay a restocking fee of anywhere between 10% and 25%. I said to the gentleman on the phone don't you have any compassion and asked to speak to his supervisor. He said he was in charge. So I asked him how much the restocking fee would be and he said anywhere from 10%-25%. I said your the man in charge, how much will it be? He said he doesn't know. I said how could you not know what the fee will be if you are the man in charge? This company sucks. Please don't support them. They are greedy uncaring people. The item I purchased was only $54 but now it come down to principles. How could a company be so insensitive to their customers. Most companies would have told me no problem sir, we will issue a refund and send you a return slip or keep it.
