Open Door Family Dentistry

This review is reflective of my personal experience and opinion of this dental office, and may not be a statement of fact for every patient. I understand that no dental office is perfect and humans make mistakes. The way they have treated me for voicing concerns has disappointed me however. Let me start off by saying that at my last appointment, I had a simple filling done and was left with a huge gap in my front teeth, so I went back to the dentist and asked him to fix it. Not too long after this, I was sent a notice that the practice would no longer see me as a patient, that I could not be seen in any on their offices (even though I had only been to one). The timing makes this seem rather retaliatory, but maybe they just don't like me? I am also in the middle of treatment for a less than ideal extraction that I need to have fixed by a qualified surgeon, where they probably should have sent me in the first place.
