Bestcare Treatment

I needed help and it started off good. I canceled an appt. Twice and was discharged twice with zero notice even though they put me on medication.They don't communicate with you to discuss being discharged, You are simply discarded and cut off. I am left more hurt and angry because of the lack of care in my situation. Best care has settled in what works for them and it has nothing to do with the patients needs. I definitely feel they should reconsider how they do things. They are nice and extended my prescription after my complaint, which gave stars to review. It may be better for others, I just happen to have a bad experience but my son had a great experience so there's hope for others. The moral of my review is they are only human and make mistakes which tells me we are all in this boat of life together and I'm not so crazy after all. I never got EMDR as promised, so I did it to myself, and will need to ween myself from meds. And will carry on in life.
