Women's Healthcare Associates, LLC - Newberg

I arrived for my appointment at Women’s Healthcare, LLC in Newberg with my three kids (11, 9, 7). When making the appointment, I confirmed my kids could wait in the waiting room. Upon arrival, I was told my kids could not wait in the waiting room and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. They did say the kids could wait in the hallway. I went into the waiting room (large and empty) and paid my copay. As I was waiting for Appt, a medical assistant came out to say that my kids could not wait in the hallway and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. Obviously, communication was inconsistent and poor. My concerns: what do single moms do for medical appts? What about people who can’t afford a babysitter? What about working families, like ourselves? My kids had masks on, had no symptoms of covid and could have been allowed to wait in a waiting room during my appointment.
