Nerve and Pain Institute

So I really did like these guys. Unfortunately, both the execution and follow-through are lacking. For some background, I am a physician myself. I went to Dr. Ho and his team for a fairly uncommon nerve block as a diagnostic procedure. They were very professional during all interactions, and the block itself was uneventful with the big exception that the nerve that was supposed to be blocked wasn't and I instead had to deal with a dead leg for 24 hours. That was annoying but wasn't a huge deal because it can be a side effect. For me though, that was the ONLY effect. So I wanted to talk to them about that. The problem is they charged me up front for the initial evaluation, they charged up front for the block, then didn't answer when I asked if I was going to be charged for the follow up visit (which I did forget but tried to reschedule), then they charged a missed appointment fee. They keep sending automated text messages about the bill every few days which is starting to feel like spam
