Negligence!
I made an appointment for a scan and was scheduled 6 weeks out. 30 min prior to my appointment I received a call saying that they had to cancel the appointment because they did not gain authorization from my insurance. This was a complete waste of my time as I had to make several arrangements to make the appointment. They had 6 weeks to obtain the pre authorization. This was an attempt of the clinic to avoid care with a patient on Medicare.
