The professionalism and personal, compassionate demeanor of Dr. Bonds, and medical assistant Shelby are definitely an A team! No matter how full or challenging their day may be, both my wife and I feel that our needs are the priority when we are in the exam room and thoroughness of referrals and follow-up care is very well managed. We have had very good care in the Urgent Care Unit as well. Be it routine care, or as in our current situation, a serious illness, I and my spouse feel we are in good hands with the staff and providers at EFM! Thank you for your commitment to healthcare. I have been going here for over a year now and I am the healthiest I've ever been. My a1c is down to 5.9 from 8.9.

Initially admitted in Urgent Care. 3 days under care with Dr. Russell and his team starting with Jason was a surprise in how personable and caring they were which made a difficult situation pleasant. Dr. Bonds provided follow up care with good analysis and and an incredibly talent for translating medical terminology into a language easily understood by patients. Although my situation was grim, since Evergreen Medical provided a package of services within one place including excellent staff, Labs, and Xrays, it made it an unusually efficient, pleasant, and informative experience.
