Unethical
You called me while I was en route to a confirmed appointment. You fabricated cancellations in order to drop me suddenly, no warning (a number of those reschedules were on your part or a result of your failed wifi, which I heard quite a bit about on my visits). Why would you do that to a cardiac patient, especially one who was friendly and polite? Did I not bring in enough insurance money for you? Is that compassionate care? Is it ethical? Legal? It is difficult finding a new provider these days. Who will prescribe my essential cardiac meds? Your irresponsible and callous action has put me in danger.
