Uncaring
Never got a visit. Telephone calls are not answered by receptionist. When you call nobody speaks to you. (Thurstom Medical Clinic can you hold?) They just put you directly on hold. I waited 8 minutes and gave up. I confronted her and she said they were too busy. There was only 2 of them and they were 'busy'. I had an appointment which they rescheduled with another provider only the girl never put it in the computer and on the day of I checked before I left and there was no appointment.
