I wish I would have read the reviews first, and it says something when the office doesn’t even respond to the comments. Stephanie was the first NP I had and she was great, followed up with my Hypertension, asked me tons of questions and even checked on me in the App. The recent NP, Dallas that I was referred to, due to the fact that my old NP left has been less than good at her job. First off, I asked for some meds for my UC to get me by until she gave me info about a UC Specialist in the area as I’m from the Midwest, but no action was taken. I called my pharmacist as I was going on 3 weeks with my prescription being delayed and they told me they had been calling the office, but no one was responding. On top of it the specialist I was supposed to be referred to, well I’m still waiting almost a month later. Despite losing 10lbs, since leaving the office clinic my hypertension has not improved not. If she would have asked about my family history she would know it runs in my family.

Been with tem about 5 years. I saw Dr. Matt one time plus nurse practitioners Colleen and Stephanie and Dana a few times. All real good in there own way. Real happy I found you guys which was actually kind of by accident

My nurse Stephanie was horrible. She insulted my previous doctor whom I've had for 8 yeat for 8 years and my integrity. She was also very disrespectful and very non professional. They even gave me a number to call for legacy for a covid test test I was on hold for an hour just to be told that they called the appointment in and I would be getting a call from them there was no reason for me to call that number very unprofessional I've had asthma since I was born and I'm 61 years old now and I'd been to numerous medical facilities this is medical facilities this is bike bar the worst I'm actually planning on going down to the medical board and filing
