My son was supposed to have an appointment in December. In November, we were told they were no longer taking his insurance and we had to switch to another provider, which we did. The office only has appointment during school (and work) hours. My mother took him to his last appointment, in which they sent my son home with a HANDWRITTEN invoice, stating he needed to come to his next visit with over $1,000.00. In December he was to have another appointment, however, the doctor would not be in and they needed to cancel. The office informed me they would call me to reschedule once the doctor returned. Weeks past, no call. I reached out to the office, to my surprise it now only goes to an answering service. The answering service let me know the next available appointment for my minor son to be seen for the braces in his mouth would be 6 months later! I let the person on the phone know, he has broken pieces in his mouth cutting him, and I was also calling to inquire about the handwritten bill
