The lack of preparation and professionalism.

I feel compelled to write this review after an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience at this practice. I arrived early for my appointment, only to find that the office was already running about 45 minutes behind schedule. I had taken time off work specifically for this procedure—a steroid injection in my lower back to help manage ongoing pain.After being prepped by a nurse, including sterilizing the area, Dr. Grodofsky began the procedure and injected me with cortisone and numbing medication. Immediately afterward, the nurse suddenly announced they didn’t have the correct spinal needle to complete the procedure. Dr. Grodofsky apologized, saying they wouldn’t be able to go through with it. The nurse then casually said, “If you want to blame someone, blame me.”I was stunned. I had just been medicated and prepped for a spinal injection, only to be told after the fact that they didn’t have the proper equipment. I got off the table and left, completely shocked.
