Good doctors with a trash front office. I showed up to my appointment 5 minutes early to find out I was ten minutes late. Turns out they have a ten minute late policy where they must reschedule you. They got a new systems and I suspect it did not transfer the time over to the correct spot. Regardless traveled from 30 mins away hit traffic and was still 5 minutes early, but got jerked around by front office really hanging on to the ten minute late policy. I hope everything else in her life is going well, because she desperately needed that win by telling me I had to reschedule.
