Have been seeing these doctors for years but recently staff and doctors have changed. No consistency between doctors - some are excellent, some poor. They scheduled tests for drugs that I haven’t been on for years at their recommendation. Today’s doctor doesn’t seem to know my condition. Waiting to check out the receptionist says “have a seat - we’ll get to you”. Been waiting 10 minutes while other patients are checked in. Very frustrating.

When I called to make the appointment I asked about overbooking, was assured they didn't do that. I arrived on time and waited for 45 minutes. I asked if it was always this behind and was told sometimes, not always but yeah. I could understand if there was a wait because of an emergency, but if my time is not important to you than you are not the doctor for me. I planed my day to fit this appointment in, but I did not and should not have to plan for a 15 minute appointment to take 2 hours. I asked them to erase my info and left. If more people did this maybe offices would quit overbooking.
