There is no follow up or sense of urgency with the office staff or physician. I work in health care and worked in physicians offices, I know what the standard of care is, and this was terribly disappointing. I was 5 days post op, in pain, not sleeping and it took 48 hours to finally have my refills called in. On the second day when I asked to speak with the office manager she apologized and stated she forgot to call me (very unprofessional). Its unfortunate that you have to be your own advocate with healthcare these days. I was just that and within the 48 hours I sent 4 messages electronically and had to call the office 4 times just to receive some follow up all the while with a pain scale of 8/10. I will not be coming back to this office just for this reason. Also, when scheduling surgery I had to call the office 3 times to be scheduled and the surgery scheduler was very rude. I should have known then.
