Billing dept unable to provide information
Great medical care. The admin staff, particularly the billing dept, cannot do their jobs properly. Only one person has access to payments made and received and when; if that person is out of the office, parents and patients cannot speak to anyone who can say if another parent made a payment, no one can explain billing discrepancies. The answer is 'we don't know, only so-and-so has access to that information'. You won't get anywhere with the medical billing department in this office because the operations manager apparently has not given the staff the access to information they need to assist with billing questions.
