Did you look at my chart?
I received a call from the office today asking about an EKG that was sent to them by my well respected Cardiologist. She asked me since when I started seeing a cardiologist, because they had no record of heart problems for me. I find this strange as I have been seeing a cardiologist for almost 5 Years, and she sends them a report every time she sees me. They also had no clue that I see a neuromuscular specialist twice a year for a diagnosed illness (7 years) who also sends them reports. Seriously! I have discussed this with Dr. Fardo and the PA's apparently they don't listen.

Horrible practice; horrible customer service; Fardo is so disengaged she should consider retiring as to not put more folks through the misery of working with her and her practice. The staff is incompetent, doesn't follow through as promised, and are ignorant/not knowledgeable. If you want a REAL doctor, go elsewhere - you won't find it here.
