Is this place a joke?
I have called 7 times since I had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency. It was going to be my first appointment. It took me days to get the insurance right. I have called the answering service since 7 times. I have talked to Mark the operator the last five times. He says they will call me back to make a new appointment that day every time. They do not! I asked today if I could please just be connected to the office to make an appointment man’s he laughs and says “no, they will call you today.” As bad as health care is today they are setting a new bar.
