Northeastern Rehabilitation & Pain Management

I waited 6 weeks just to be given an appointment with a D.O. who wrenched my back when she forced me to do all the things I’ve learned not to do! She then wanted to sell me a back brace even after I told her I already have one & it just makes my pain worse. Then it was trying to selling me acupuncture, then some kind of pain injections in my back that would take 6-8 months to complete! I was in so much pain after this visit that I was crying while trying to get out of bed! My calls all morning went unanswered until finally a rude MA called me. Then this DO calls me, screaming at me, says she sent over a prescription to my pharmacy for Prednisone and finally admitted her hands on exam of me inflamed the osteoarthritis I have in my lumbar. I get an email the next morning saying they are discharging me as a patient, like I would continue to trust them with my care. Horrible rude management & staff.
