WellSpan Digestive Health - Ephrata

Started out great as I was the only patient in the building and both the 2:30 check in assistant and Pre Admin Nurse were awesome and very professional. Then I was to into the waiting room at 2:35 and was told the doctor was a little behind, but would be in shortly. Since I was the only patient there (even the parking lot was empty), I figure shortly would be 10 minutes at most. 45 minutes later and without a single visit from nurse or doctor, I decided to leave. On the way home I received a call stating that the doctor is very sorry and would I like to reschedule. Obviously the doctor wasn't sorry enough to reach out himself and apologize, since that would been almost like talking to the actual patient he just ignored. The amazing part of all of this is that there was absolutely nobody else in the building, I can't imagine if it was busy and the everyday practice of accepting the doctor's gracious gift of time spent must looked at as a gift from God (even if it is and hour late).
