WORST CUSTOMER PHONE SERVICE IN AREA?
As others have stated online, this place has to take the cake for having the worst customer service phone prompts in all of Erie if not the State. Impossible to get a live person. Following prompts will end in sudden hang ups. No way to make an appointment or speak to your doctor... and scarily, even the physician's 'prompt' which is for immediate and direct communication between physicians and staff etc, doesn't connect to a live person and hangs up on the caller. This could lead to a potential medial tragedy one day. Why trust any of these doctors when they can't even answer their phones?!?

Excellent staff and care
I have been a patient of Dr Almeida for a few years and have found him to be a very competent and compassionate provider. I'm also very impressed by how quickly I get examined and treated considering the very large size of this practice.
