Hershey Endoscopy Center

I came out of anesthesia lying on soaking wet bedding. Apparently, they needed to try some water technique to move scope. That did not work and I was told that I should have a virtual colonoscopy done. This would require me to do prep again the following week. There were no appointments for that day at Hershey radiology. (I was finished by 9 am at Hershey). Instead, family doc arranged for me to have virtual scope at another facility- which I told endoscopy I was doing. Now I am getting a bill for the virtual because Endoscopy did not send an approval to my insurance. I asked them to send a backdated request (which is what insurance told me to do) and they just gave me the run around. Now I am stuck with the bill. Very unhappy with the way I was treated at the center- wet bedding, rush to get out, and with the unhelpful response to the request for backdated insurance authorization request.
