Wait time forever to talk/get seen when very ill

Longtime patient (10 plus years) - I've had multiple sinus surgeries with them and it still takes an average of 4 DAYS to get a returned phone call as the staff WILL NOT answer the phone but lets calls go right to VM. When they finally call back, they are NASTY to you. Despite my long history they never believe when I'm very ill with a sinus infection and refuse to call in a prescription without being scoped (to rack up the bill I guess cuz this had been my pattern for YEARS) I suppose if they knew what they were doing I wouldn't have needed multiple sinus surgeries with them yet I'm STILL SUFFERING. I would not go to them except they are literally the ONLY ENTs in the immediate area. I wish another ENT would open here in Lebanon because a lot of people would jump ship. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MMM!!!!!!
