Customer Service
Had to make a phone call to Dr office and Amanda answered the phone and was not very pleasant! Amanda also acted like I was bothering her. She was not listening to what I was saying because I had to repeat myself multiple times! I understand people have bad days but when you work with the public it should not be taken out on them! I love my provider but some of the front desk people are not very pleasant!
