Lied about pain management before IUD insert

I got an IUD inserted, and prior to the appointment I said yes ONLY if I could get local anesthesia to the area. They said yes, we will do that. Day of insertion, I double check, and Im told no. I dont need it. 'the cervix has very little nerve endings', so let me go ahead and stab it with two prongs and shove two sticks up your uterus. Im not going back. Its one thing to not numb you, its another to lie about it. I trusted her that it wouldn't be that painful. It was. very. I passed out afterwards. I feel assaulted. I am now terrified to go back to any gyno
