Since this business was inept at billing for years, because no one was smart enough to keep an eye on the multiple billing services they employed, they now have another service that has been auditing the books for past payments that were unbilled and are now sending out bills for past visits. My first bill was for $932, called to request my records and Dr. Hillegas put us in touch with Bobby Jo in order to reduce the amount because in Matt's words, I'm not here to rob people. We got reimbursed for one visit, that's it. Now I received another bill for $256. I will not be paying this bill or any other bill that they find in the future. We are done with this place. I'm not paying outstanding bills from years ago because they can't run a business properly. Plenty of other doctor offices out there.
