Lancaster General Health Parkesburg

Dr. Matthew Molnar & LG Health are an absolute horror show. I had my annual physical with him, it was my first time to the practice, in Oct 2023 & he seemed to listen, but it was billed as 'new patient visit' instead of 'annual physical,' so I've received a bill for over $200 for lab work that insurance should have covered had it been billed properly. I've been dealing with a re-bill for months now & have been ignored, denied, treated rudely & even hung up on by his staff (Sabrina, to be specific) b/c they refuse to fix their mistake & I'm on the hook for hundreds of dollars b/c of it.I certainly know why I had an appointment with them. I was most definitely there for my annual physical. I even requested a document stating I had my physical to submit to my employer's HR department since I get a discount on my insurance for it. I am absolutely horrified by how Dr. Molnar, his staff and the lab have treated me. If I had been aware my lab work would cost me $216 I w
