I have been a patient of this practice for many years, but the quality of care has deteriorated significantly over the last five years. During this time, I’ve had four different providers, and now I’m not assigned to anyone at all. This has made medication management nearly impossible. One glaring example: I went seven weeks without a critical medication due to confusion and incompetence within the office. Unfortunately, I’m now facing a similar issue. I’ve been trying for four days to get a refill for another medication that I run out of tomorrow. To make matters worse, when someone from the office did call, they provided completely incorrect information about my medications, doses, and refill history. They assured me I would get a follow-up call that same day, but I never heard back. This practice is poorly managed, disorganized, and unresponsive to the needs of its patients.
