I would never visit that place again. I went for my annual checkup. They improperly coded the visit as a sick visit. The annual check up would have been covered by my insurance, but the sick visit isn't. I ended up getting a bill in the mail. I called them and they were supposed to fix the coding issue, but they didn't and I ended up getting another bill in the mail two months later. I went in person. They told me to call the billing department. I called, but billing told me they can't do anything about it and the coding has to be fixed first. I went back to the office and asked them to correct the coding. They said only the manager can do that but the manager isn't there and they don't know when she will be there, there is no way to call her. On top of everything, they were giving me a ton of attitude as if it was me who made a mistake and not them. This is the first time I leave a bad review. I have been upset with other businesses but never left a bad review when I wanted to.
