We were told from the doctor 'don't worry, this will be covered by your insurance' and went on with the procedure, to later find out NONE OF IT was covered. He had no idea what was covered and lied that it was. Otherwise we never would've had the procedures done. Every other doctor office I have been to lets their patients know, 'hey this procedure isn't covered by your insurance so you'll be paying out of pocket' but no, this office doesn't actually verify with your insurance what is covered, just that you 'have insurance', and instead lies that it's covered, and then hits you with a HUGE bill. This office is taking no responsibility for their lie and not discounting the LARGE bill they sent us, other than a self pay rate. In the future, please inform your doctors to not tell their patients something is covered if they don't actually know....Think twice about going here or trusting them.
