Do not return phone calls

I have been a long-time patient at this location. When I am sick and call, I get the voicemail. This is during office hours. I leave a message. On more than on occasion they have NOT called me back. Then I call and ask to log a complaint with the office manager. They took my name and number. The office manager does not call back. Terrible way to run a practice!

They don't return calls

I went here for abdominal pain. I also had several other visits. I was called with y results and was told to see GI. Really no explanation. They never called me and said my labs were normal. I logged into there portal and had 3 labs out of range that meant I had infection. Don't go here. Read your own results. I even talked with the practice manager. She said what do you want me to do? She had no clue about my labs. I would give them a zero if I could.
