Don’t risk your life going here. Made appt for my mother who has dementia and >60% blockage of her carotid. She was supposed to see Dr Nawaz but ended up with Katharine Douaihy (nurse). I live 1000 miles away so no way for me to be there. I called their office and asked that they call me when my mother was in with doctor and explained why. I also sent three separate notes to doctor using their portal asking that they call me. On the day of the visit I called four more times to make sure they called me during her visit. Because of her dementia I knew she’d forget why she was there or what they said. Other doctors all call. Never a problem. Until we went to this doctors office. Given the blockages in both carotid, she’s at risk of a stroke. That was why I made this appt. They never called! My mother saves everything is “great!”. Total waste of time and money. If she has a stroke i bet my lawyer will call me back. And it’s all well documented. Shame on them.
