Outrageous Fee

When I made the appointment I said it was to get an updated prescription for eye glasses. Dr. Crowe was outstanding. Professional, thorough, knowledgeable, gracious and kind. I would certainly love to recommend her, EXCEPT can you imagine being told that you have to pay $35, in addition to the Dr. bill, just to get a one page printout of your new prescription? Did they think I could use a stone tablet and chisel to take somewhere to buy glasses? I guess they want to trap you there to buy their products. Very disappointing. Never have paid $35 for one piece of paper printed out from someone's computer - took less than 5 seconds.
