My time is just as valuable as yours. The wait is ridiculous. I took my mom there thinking she was getting the best care. Dr. Ginsburg spent most of his time on his cell phone. Did not even speak directly to us. Instead he was dictating something regarding his table, whatever that thing is. The staff is rude, they don't smile. Joyce is a disgrace. I called and spoke with Robin who is by far the worst manager I have ever spoken too. Saying I know there is an issue but we are short-staffed. Not my problem. I am taking my mom elsewhere. You are nothing Moore, haha, than a number!!!!!! Worst patient care ever!
