I don't recommend this place! The customer service is terrible, it is rare that they actually answer the phone or get back to you in a timely manner via messaging in the patient portal. I was in desperate need of help and started going there a while back. They put me with Michael Bohr, who I don't recommend personally, he has a cold demeanor. It was not a good fit for me so I requested to switch providers, it took forever for someone to even reach back out after I contacted them (phone calls and messaging) to only get the response that they typically don't switch providers and they would have to talk to the office manager. I've still not heard back after that and received a final answer, it's been a few weeks so I'll be going elsewhere. It's really a shame that a place that is there to help people with their mental health, doesn't actually care about its patients. Please don't waste your time with Oasis!

My son is in desperate need of medication. On day of his appointment they canceled and won't see him for another 3 weeks. We've already been waiting over a month. Now we have too go to er to get medication. They will let you die here.
