Called for an appointment due to severe knee pain, and was very happy to be told that there was a cancellation for the next day. Arrived at the office and was told that the appointment was not until the next week. The office worker was rather rude and did not believe that I was given an appointment for that day. She had no empathy for my situation - I took off work and travelled an hour for the appointment. No accommodation was made, even though the mix up was the office’s fault.

Twice I was scheduled to have knee replacement. They cancelled both surgeries days before. I missed work, am in pain but they didn't care. I was told I had to have someone stay with me 24 hours after surgery. I came up with several options, they turned them all down. I was told sorry but we can help you. I am looking at months of little work and pain. Not very helpful or caring
