Billing dept is in an ongoing state of confusion
Wisdom teeth removal surgeries were fine. However, I was massively overcharged and my money held for months and months. Had to call the office repeatedly to request refunds, which did not occur until I became forceful and still were not correct as they still owe me an additional $50. Make sure you check your statements very carefully with your charges and insurance payments, as they will gladly keep your money if you don't keep an eye on them.
