empathetic, trusting, & understanding
Michele was my therapist for probably about 5 years. I got a lot from our work together. I had a lot of big mom role changes during our time together and Michele's background in maternal health and child development was super helpful. I was a teen mom and when I started seeing Michele, my daughter was a teen and was going through a lot herself. I also had a pretty intense break-up that seemed to last forever. Michele was there for me to process, sit with, reframe, figure out what I needed/wanted and work through some really difficult times in my life.
