I have been a patient at this practice for almost 20 years. My physician, Dr. Goldfarb, retired and apparently they scheduled an appointment for me without my knowledge with a PA. I don't know if they tried to contact me but I was unaware and missed the appointment. I waited a while because I could not take time from work, and when I tried to renew my prescriptions they would authorize them. So I called to make and appointment and they will not take me, they dropped me from the practice. I am now unable to get my medications, unable to access the patient portal with my medical records and cannot find a practice that is taking new patients. In the meantime I will not have my prescribed medications until I can find a doctor. You'd think that after almost twenty years they would at least renew the scripts until I find a new physician. This is no reflection on my former doctor. She was excellent.
