When my insurance provider notified me that my current dentist is out-of-network, I scheduled an initial consultation with in-network Paolucci Family Dentists. My first visit with Dr. Peng was excellent. Her assessment was thorough, efficient, and clear. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve been going to Paolucci for years and also have had my teeth cleaned by Stacia twice a year for just as long. She is a meticulous dental hygienist and takes the time to really do a great job. This dental practice is excellent.

I was really nervous about the state of my teeth and gums after a few years of really not taking great care of myself and avoiding the dentist, but everyone here was so kind and non-judgemental with me. They helped me understand exactly what I needed to focus on to improve my health and explained everything they did during the appointment. They didn't get upset or try to shame me at all, they focused on what I can do now. I was really grateful for the kindness, gentleness, and thorough nature of this visit!!

Paolucci Family Dentistry does not care about you as a patient. They only care about billing. There was a problem with my insurance that I was working diligently to resolve. Paolucci Dentistry did not care. They sent me numerous bills, multiple calls & texts (even while I was on a cruise) and threatened collections. Ultimately my insurance has been fixed so they can resubmit the billing but they’ve cancelled my appointment until I pay the outstanding bill. I do not recommend Paolucci Family Dentists. They don’t care about their patients - only the bill.

Stacy a dental hygienist at Paolucci Dentists cleaned my teeth and did an excellent job removing stains that usually occur for me drinking green tea. Have been a long time patient with Dr.Paolucci's office with very friendly and professional staff.

Overall was happy to be scheduled easily and that they actually answer the phone unlike many offices. Very friendly. Wish they had more knowledge in TMJ or bite alignment, but was good for a general cleaning and exam.

I haven't been to the dentist in 5 years and they were very friendly and understanding. My hygienist was a blast to be with and she did a fantastic job and easy to talk to about everything.

I found it easy to schedule a new patient appointment, though it did have to be rescheduled once. However, it was only about 3-4 weeks to be seen as a new patient and establish care. There was no shame as someone who hasn't been to the dentist in a few years and the technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. It didn't feel like they were trying to push products nor procedures on me. Great experience and will be back again!

I had a great appointment today for my bi-annual cleaning and exam. The staff is professional and very pleasant. My hygienist today was very knowledgeable and skilled. My appointment was on time and the hygienist was very efficient with X-rays and cleaning.

I have been going there for 20 years. Dr Kaufman is outstanding and an artist when it comes to crowns. New offices are beautiful and parking is easy.
