I called to have new dentures made and got an appt made. Dentist put me in the chair pulled my dentures out and told me it would take 5 visits and he would have to check and see how much my insurance covered before giving me a price. Forgot about me for a couple mths then called and said (after I checked my active and in place dental insurance) I wasn't covered under my dental plan. I told them I had moved on and then they called back wanting to know where to send their 70.00 consultation bill. They had my insurance info from my previous visit. They never even checked my insurance. Go there if you want insulted. I paid cash for my dentures 4 yrs ago so checking how much my insurance would pay before pricing their service is pretty petty.
