I went in for a relatively simple issue but very painful. The doctor assessed it within seconds and told me it was my fault and that there was nothing that she would do other than give another appointment to check on it again. Anything I asked about was turned around and blamed on me. This was extremely poor and uncaring treatment.

My experience with Natalie, NP, was downright horrifying. She is shockingly incompetent and unprofessional. Her rude, condescending attitude is unbearable, and it’s baffling how someone like her is even employed, given the flood of bad reviews. I went in with a scalp issue, already diagnosed by my PCP as tinea capitis, but Natalie completely dismissed my concerns, insisting it was “all in my head” and refusing to have any real conversation.Her so-called “advice” was absurd—she actually suggested I wash my hair every day until it all falls out. To make matters worse, she made racially offensive comments about the leave-in conditioner I use, asking, “What is this stuff in your hair?” And it gets worse: she refused to even touch my scalp, poking at it with a Q-tip while looking absolutely disgusted.Her medical knowledge is clearly outdated and borders on dangerous.
