Took forever to get me a therapist that i realy needed. She was cold and didn’t give a blank about me

The office staff at this place is a joke. All they care about is getting your money. After every visit with my doctor or therapist they would say “Our office will be reaching out to you soon to schedule a next appointment.” I told them constantly I never got a call. Secondly, my doctor started me on a new medication and then went on leave saying “they will set you up with someone while I am out” I called the office and they denied this claiming “unless it’s a medical emergency you can wait until she’s back” needless to say the dosage of medicine is not enough since it was “starting out” as a trail period.Pat Donhue as a therapist doesn’t really care about your problems. I did however have a great NP and a new therapist that really was working with me despite the offices unprofessionalism. In conclusion, I left this place due to the office staff and not the actual nurse practitioner or therapist I was working with. If the office staff gets it together it would be a good place.

I have been seeing a therapist at qbh for the past 4 years and unfortunately, since the ownership changed about a year ago, things have gone downhill fast. What used to be a well-run, supportive environment has become completely disorganized and chaotic.There is a clear lack of leadership, and it shows in every aspect of the agency. Communication is poor, appointments are often rescheduled or forgotten, and the overall atmosphere feels tense and unprofessional. Walking into the office now, you can immediately sense the shift—what was once a welcoming and calming space now feels uncomfortable and stressful.For an agency that deals with mental health, this kind of disorganization is unacceptable. Clients and staff alike deserve stability and structure, and unfortunately, that seems to be missing under the current management. I have stopped seeing my therapist even though I liked her. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for consistent, quality care.

When we were looking for care for our teen daughter who had attempted to take her life, QBH was recommended. The doctor that we saw wasvery knowledgeable in pediatric care and prescribed a change in meds that our daughter continues to find helpful as an adult. During the school year, weekend appointments were extremely helpful and appreciated. As an educator I often recommended QBH to parents of elementary aged children who were looking for help. Our interactions with the office staff upstairs were always pleasant, friendly and efficient, On the rare occasion we had to deal with office staff on the first floor, while efficient, they didn't always present with a pleasant, friendly demeanor.

I love this place. When my daughter needed some counseling after her grandmother died we reached out to Quality Behavioral Health and they got us right in. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and my daughters therapist was excellent. If you need counseling I highly recommend this place. Compassion is the first word I can think of when I describe our experience there.

Counselor was awful. She didn’t seem to care about what I was going through and she was absolutely no help

Had initiation of care visit with Dr Jacobs and he was 30 mins late. I am a nurse and can understand that sometimes there is a wait to see providers. I was scheduled for follow up with therapist Pauline at 1 pm I called at 1:15 to check status of appointment and to ask if it is a pattern for providers to be late. It is now 2:30 and I have not heard anything from the office about scheduling. Very poor patient care.
