From the start, of joining this practice, Centerwell, it was total dysfunctional in every department. Only one doctor, out sick had to do a virtual call as new patient. Nurse practitioner didn't announce 'I'm not a doctor' did unnecessary tests, they didn't listen to 'my concerns' and didn't act to almost 3months as new patient of whom I needed to see, of what I known, I needed. The nurse took tests and didn't report the results in timely matter, or one tests never discuss. This is an elderly clinic, I thought, if they are treating me this way, imagine the other elderly patients what's happening to them. I reported, Centerwell Senior Primary Care to State's Medical division. I reported my agent for choosing them for me not not being informed it was elderly clinic. Just because a person is elderly doesn't mean this business is better. Your better served going to a regular practitioner Doctor office. Just call your insurance provider and make changes.
