Extremely Rude

From the moment we walked in the door the staff was extremely rude, and it continued throughout the entire appointment. Not only on this appointment. As well, as the next appointment the following day for my elderly grandmother. I will never return to this office. Not to mention Neither of my family members received help to order glasses
