Awful Since Lauren Dyer left
I previously went here for asthma checkups and sick visits with Nurse Dyer. She was wonderful. Unfortunately after she left, I had a scheduled telehealth visit with the new doctor. The day of my appointment came and they forgot all about me. I called their office to let them know and never received a return call after that. I had to go to an urgent care center to get my meds refilled. In the past, I was also left unattended after a breathing treatment. After 40 minutes of being left alone in the exam room, I had to go find someone. They had forgotten I was there. I ended up at the hospital after XRays showed possible blood clots in my lungs.I tried going today for a sick visit and was turned away and told I would need to be re-established as a patient before they could see me. The only reason I even tried going there is because we have no other offices nearby. They really need to take a step back and reflect on why they have so many poor reviews online.
