Organization of this practice is absolutely horrible. They call and leave me a message saying that the appointment is Wednesday so i took off Wednesday so I could make the appointment. Now they’re telling me that the original reminder was correct and that my appointment isn’t 2/7/23 it’s 2/8/23. Well I have work from 12:00pm-9:00pm and will not be able to make a 12pm appointment. Below is the proof from the employee who incorrectly told me my appointment was Wednesday and not Thursday. You tell someone the wrong information and don’t even have the nerve to call and leave a voicemail saying “I am sorry just wanted to remind you that your appointment is actually Thursday not Wednesday”. Well now I’m out of medication and have no appointment and they’re telling me I can’t get an appointment until the 21st of Feb. Absolutely a sick joke. I told them I wanted my $90 deposit back and they’re refusing to give me it back (not a surprise) because they’re money hungry.
